New Divisional Officer For Bali Subdivision

North West Region

Bamenda – Bali, North West Region — Mr. CHI Augustine NWHANAGHAM has been appointed the new Divisional Officer (DO) for Bali Subdivision in the Mezam Division of Cameroon’s North West Region. His installation ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Ntuafouang Municipal Ground. The CPDM-run Bali Council, led by Mayor Wandum Ernest, has completed all logistics and security arrangements for the event. This appointment follows the transfer of Mr. Dolingo Bikinn Diongo to Bamenda 1st Subdivision.

Community Preparations

Mayor Wandum Ernest has engaged the community ahead of the event.
Decorations at the Bali Municipal Grandstand have been finalized to welcome officials and citizens for the historic occasion.

Administrative Context

In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 408/L/E-29/A2 and the ongoing public administration reforms initiated by the Head of State, a new Divisional Officer has been appointed to serve the strategic Subdivision of Bali.

Mr. CHI Augustine NWHANAGHAM, a senior civil administrator previously serving at the Ministry of Territorial Administration, has been designated to replace Mr. Dolingo Bikinn Diongo, who has been transferred to Bamenda 1st Subdivision.

Official Installation

The official installation will take place on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Ntuafouang Municipal Ground, as announced by the Senior Divisional Officer of Mezam, Mr. Simon Emile Mooh.

The CPDM-led Bali Council under Mayor Wandum Ernest has finalized all arrangements for a successful event. Community leaders, political figures, and local citizens are expected to attend.
